I am the proud author of two impactful books: “Komunikasi Warna” and “Kompas Kepimpinan.” These books delve into the essential aspects of effective communication and leadership, providing valuable insights for personal growth and professional success.

I’ve had the honor of addressing audiences from esteemed organizations, including Telekom Malaysia, Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Petronas, and many more. It brings me immense joy to witness the positive transformation that comes from sharing knowledge and experiences with diverse audiences.

Award and Recognitions:

I’m grateful to be recognized as one of the ‘100 Most Inspirational Linkedin Icons In Malaysia You Should Follow’ by Marketing in Asia for both 2019 and 2020. Additionally, in 2019, I received the esteemed title of the Most Inspirational DC Trainer. My contributions to the HRD community have been honored at the Asia HRD Awards 2021, where I was recognized under the “Contribution to HR Community” category. Furthermore, during the HRD Awards 2022, I received special recognition from the Minister of Human Resources for my contributions to the Training Community Representative Committee.
